Elaine Hershenfield’s Japanese Salad

1/2 head regular cabbage, shredded

2 green onions, chopped

2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

2c. fresh bean sprouts

1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted

1/4 c. sunflower seeds, toasted

1pkg. oriental soup noodles, broken (Tap Ramen)

1 c. chow mein noodles

Dressing: 1 pkg. from oriental soup

1 Tbsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. white pepper

3 Tbsp. vinegar

1/4 c. soya sauce

Mix & shake. Add 1/2 c. veg. oil. Mix & refrigerate.

Can prepare the 3 groups above ahead & then mix all together just before serving. Enjoy!
